By using https://auroracoffeevending.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Aurora Coffee and Vending Services Inc.("Aurora", "we", "us").

The Site provides information about our office coffee, vending, and water filtration services. Anything on the Site is informational; it isn't a binding offer or quote. A binding agreement only exists once we've put together a written quote, you've accepted it, and we've confirmed the arrangement.

We don't publish prices on the Site. Pricing depends on your specific equipment, headcount, service frequency, and consumables — we put together a tailored quote after a consultation.

The Site, its design, copy, code, and brand assets are owned by Aurora unless attributed otherwise. You may view and share the Site for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Photos of equipment may belong to the equipment manufacturers and are used here under fair commercial-use conventions.

When you submit information through the Site, you agree:

• The information you provide is accurate and yours to share.
• You will not use the Site to harass, defraud, or send malicious traffic.
• You will not attempt to bypass anti-spam or security mechanisms, scrape the Site at scale, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.

We may decline service or contact at our discretion, including blocking submissions that look like spam or abuse.

The Site may link to third-party websites (suppliers, equipment manufacturers, social media). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, but we don't guarantee that everything is up to date, complete, or error-free. Any specific commitments — service-level agreements, equipment warranties, response times — live in your written service agreement with us, not on this Site.

To the extent permitted by law, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from the Site (separate from a service agreement) is limited to CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, misrepresentation, or anything else that can't be disclaimed under Canadian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
