- Yes. Our fleet supports tap, chip, and mobile payments alongside cash. Most offices today see 70%+ of transactions go cashless, so this is non-negotiable.
- How often is the machine restocked?
- Most offices are on a weekly route. High-volume sites are restocked twice a week. Both are tracked by remote inventory data, so we don't wait for someone to call about an empty slot.
- What happens if a customer loses money in the machine?
- We refund directly. Either via the mobile payment provider for cashless transactions, or by stopping by on the next route for cash refunds. Calls go to a real person, not a ticket queue.
- Can we run vending alongside office coffee from one vendor?
- Yes — that's the most common setup we run. One invoice, one technician, one point of contact. It's the simpler way to operate a break room.
- Is the setup really free?
- Yes — there is no upfront cost for the equipment or installation. We own and maintain the machines, so you are not buying hardware; you pay for the product and service as you go, on terms we agree up front.
- Can we see the machines before we decide?
- Yes — we can arrange for you to see and try the actual machines in person before you commit. Just ask when we talk.
- Do you require a long-term contract?
- Yes — because we install and maintain the equipment at no upfront cost to you, accounts run on a service agreement, typically one to two years. It's how we can put quality machines in without charging you for them. We keep the terms straightforward, we walk you through them before you sign, and we earn the renewal by showing up and servicing the account.
